Hae Sung Brown

Hae Sung “Michelle” Shim, has a bachelor degree from West Virginia University in Social Work and a master degree in Education from State University of New York at Buffalo. Additionally, she has a Paralegal Certificate from Duke University Continuing Education and has completed management training at Jamestown Community College. Currently she resides in Western NY working as a gardener and substitute teacher. In tandem with multiple professional positions and experiences, and as a former resident of Inwood, she is proud to participate and serve Inwood Community Services for over ten years with the hope of supporting and encouraging one of the community’s most essential organizations.

Inwood Community Services, Inc. will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. Inwood Community Services, Inc. will not base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or ability to pay, or whether payment for those services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule to determine eligibility.
