Ashlyn McIntosh

Ashlyn McIntosh is currently the Unit Director of the MS 278 SONYC program. She possesses an Associates Degree in Early Child Education and is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in speech and audio pathology. Having over 10 years of experience in youth development. Ashlyn has facilitated Youth Advisory Council’s empowerment groups; youth leadership Breast Cancer Awareness marches; youth outreach workshops; and youth social justice campaigns. Ashlyn is driven by a passion to awaken new and creative ideas in her program participants.. She believes that no road ever remains the same, and that there is always room for growth and improvement. Ashlyn is a Bronx native who is committed to improving communities such as her own.

Inwood Community Services, Inc. will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. Inwood Community Services, Inc. will not base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or ability to pay, or whether payment for those services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule to determine eligibility.
